BEACH LIFEGUARD COURSE

HIGHFIELD LEVEL 2 AWARD IN BEACH LIFEGUARDING

Who should attend?

Anyone who works, or wants to work as a professional lifeguard at a beach. The beach environment has specific risks and lifeguards, therefore, need to be trained specifically for these. They must show a higher level of fitness and endurance than a pool lifeguard to ensure that they can deal with the additional difficulties posed by the open sea.

What will they learn?

Students gain the skills and knowledge to deal with emergencies that may occur in the open sea and at the beach.
